Every order is packed with care and sent from the UK. You will see the available delivery options and final shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
Processing Times
Orders are usually prepared within 1-3 working days. During busy launches, seasonal drops, or holiday periods, dispatch may take a little longer.
UK Delivery
Standard UK shipping is £3.99, express UK shipping is £5.99, and UK orders of £25 or more qualify for free shipping. Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
Jars are packed carefully to protect the crystals and lid in transit. Please check your parcel when it arrives and keep the packaging if anything has been damaged.
Missing Or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived after the expected delivery window, contact us with your order number at orders@saltybeach.co.uk and we will help look into it.
Important
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we may need to charge postage again to resend it.
