For online orders, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. After telling us, please return the item within 14 days.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident ordering from Salty Beach. If something is not right, please contact orders@saltybeach.co.uk with your order number so we can help.
Return Condition
Items should be unused and returned in their original packaging where possible. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
Refund Timing
Once we receive your return, or you provide proof that it has been sent back, refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Where the law requires, this includes the original standard delivery charge; an express upgrade is not refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.
Return Postage
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return postage is usually the customer's responsibility. Please use a suitable service and keep proof of postage.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, email us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging so we can put it right.
Faulty Or Incorrect Items
If we have sent the wrong item, or something is faulty, email orders@saltybeach.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement, refund, or return instructions.
Cancellation Form
You do not have to use a form. A clear email to orders@saltybeach.co.uk is enough. If useful, send: "I give notice that I cancel my contract for [product and order number], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. My name and delivery address are [details]." Add the date you send the request.
Home Fragrance Products
Salty Beach scented salts are sold for home fragrance use only. They are not bath salts and should not be used in bath water or on skin.
